They met in Hartford...
Deb was hosting an event in October 2012. As she got ready that night, her friend told her “make sure you dress sharp because you could meet your future wife tonight”. Victoria was out with their mutual friends, Matt and Sherry. At the last minute, they asked Victoria if she wanted to join them at Deb’s party and she agreed. After their introduction that night, they spent quite a bit of time with each other over that winter. They fell in love, and they can't wait to spend the rest of their lives together.
